📋Staff Guidelines
Welcome to the official staff guidelines for the RRO community.
On this you will find a list of rules related to yourself and examples of how to behave. If you have any questions regarding this document or its contents, please contact your line manager via ‘Staff Manager Support’ ticket.
Be respectful
You must respect all users, regardless of your liking towards them. Treat others the way they would like to be treated (ie. respectfully, professionally and amicably).
Inappropriate Language
The use of profanity in public channels should be kept to a minimum. However, any derogatory language towards any user is prohibited.
Spamming
Don't send a lot of small messages right after each other. Do not disrupt chat by spamming.
Pinging Staff or DMs
Do not message fellow staff members via DM about RRO situations. If you need to communicate about staff related things, please message staff through our designated staff channels. You can also create a ticket if you think the information is important and needs to be recorded. Other players should not be sending a DM to staff about community activities. Please direct them to submit a ticket.
Advertisements
We do not tolerate any kind of advertisements, whether it be for other communities or streams. You can post your content in the media channel if it is relevant and provides actual value (Video/Art). All NSFW content must be placed into one of the 18+ channels.
Offensive Names and Profile Pictures
Nicknames must be unique and able to be clearly identifiable. You will be asked to change your name or picture if the management deems them inappropriate.
Server Raiding
Raiding or mentions of raiding are not allowed.
Direct & Indirect Threats
Threats to other users of DDoS, Death, DoX, abuse, and other malicious threats are absolutely prohibited and disallowed. Breaking this rule will result in the staff manager pushing a request through management for immediate termination of your staff role / privileges.

Impersonation
Impersonation of other members, staff or emergency personnel is prohibited.
Replying to messages
When a member of the community has asked a question in a public channel, If you can clearly see that a staff member is dealing with the question, please do not input your 10 cents to the conversation, this makes communication between the community member and staff difficult.
Inappropriate Conversations
Do not start, join or instigate inappropriate conversations in the public eye, you are more than welcome to have inappropriate conversations in a dedicated staff channel.
Abuse of Power
Do not abuse the privileges given to you, for other members or for personal gain. Abusing your powers and abilities via any platform hosted by RRO, including but not limited to “vMenu” and “txadmin” If you are caught doing so, further action will be undertaken as per the RRO collective agreement.
RRO Collective Agreement
Members that have signed and agreed to the RRO Collective Agreement, must abide by the terms and conditions, and statements within that document at all times. Members who have not signed the RRO Collective Agreement (e.g. Trial Support), will retrospectively fall into these guidelines, therefore, any such breach of RRO and/or discord community rules will either result in punitive measures deemed appropriate or necessary by the Management Team, and/or the RRO Collective Agreement will guide such punitive action. Furthermore, the RRO Collective Agreement will supersede any document, rule or term set out in this document particularly in any event where a decision or pathway is not entirely understood or brought into jeopardy relating to fairness and consistency.
