What is the RRO collective?

The Collective is an agreement, specifically a legal document within New Zealand that provides protection for the RRO company. The Collective Agreement’s purpose is to structure and protect members and ownership of digital material, as well as clearly outlining acceptable standards of behaviour.

What is a letter of offer?

The Letter of Offer is a legal document and agreement where an individual agrees to specific terms, as well as the terms and policies that have been outlined inside the RRO Collective Agreement. The Letter of Offer will allow 5 days for an individual to consider, and review the terms before accepting any such agreement.

What is the process for onboarding as staff?

  1. Advertisement by RRO Management Team detailing a new vacancy.

  2. Applications submitted and shortlisted.

  3. Applicants interviewed and best suited candidate is selected.

  4. Member accepts the role of staff.

  5. Member is sent the Collective Agreement and Letter of Offer.

  6. 5 days are given for the member to review and discuss the collective with the HR Manager.

  7. Once signed, access is given for the following areas:

    • txAdmin

    • HR Portal

    • Discord Role

    • RRO Website

  8. Orientation is completed with a member of the Management Team including how to use the staff portal.
