📋Behaviour Guidelines

We require staff to behave in their best manner towards all members of the RRO community. RRO Management does not tolerate the use of poor behavior towards our members. This is a community of gamers, therefore we want to be welcoming to all people, of all genders, race, sexual orientation, religion. If staff are negative to anyone, then the entire point of RRO crashes. Management will not stand for that.

Here is an example of what TO do when a member speaks in a text channel.

Brandon: Hi yall, how yall doin?

Kaleb: Hi Brandon, I'm doing well, It's great to see you around.

Brandon: Thanks, I'm glad you are doing well.

Here is an example of what NOT to do when a member speaks in a text channel

Brandon: Hi yall, how yall doin?

Kaleb: I'm good, would be better if you spoke normally.

Brandon: ....... *doesn't reply*

This kind of behavior is not acceptable as a staff member of RRO. You should be treating EVERYONE with kindness and respect. The last thing we want is for members to start leaving our community because of negative interactions with staff.

Being on staff is a privilege, one that can be taken away from you. So please make sure you are positive, happy and welcoming towards all community members.
