Send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the internet.

Example:

Repeatedly sending messages that are similar or attempted to be harassing messages. (Note these are to be used if the bot does not automod)

All of the commands below are for the role detailed. Please be advised that if you attempt to perform a command (Such as those in Trial Administrator Roles) and it does not work, please default to a role lower.
